There is the sign on the tree - you are getting close!  Turn in at the driveway!
Jada - the llama that started it all for us.  She was pregnant when we bought her and so one month later (on May 31, 2000) she gave birth to Lily.  Here is Lily on the day she was born.
This is Lily and Jada just 3 months later in July.  Look how she is growing!
Here are Manley and Lily in November of 2000 - It gives you an idea of her height at that point.
Doesn't she look funny?  Lily experienced her first shearing at just about 1 year of age and we washed her right after.  So here she is sheared, wet, and clean!
This is Ramadan when we first bought him in April, 2000.  He is not Lily's father but watches over her as if he were.
Here he is just after I sheared him the first time.  Doesn't he look nice?  That is not a bandage on his leg, by the way, it is just a patch of white wool.
Llamas are very curious.  They wanted to know what the little thing was that was making all the noise so Manley showed them!
We have decided to let our friends Karen and Paul Miller do all of our shearing.  They are available for shearing all over Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.  Here are Lily and Jada being shorn in 2002.
Paul and Karen love to take their llamas to area nursing homes as part of their Llamas4God Ministry.  Here Paul and Corban are at the Bristol Nursing Home in October, 2002.
Becky and Gerry Mitchell, of Llama Linda Farm, have beautiful llamas for sale - check them out!
A link to Cherokee Mt. Llamas, a great Bed and Breakfast in Jonesboro, TN who have llamas.  Say Hi to Jennifer & Charlie for me!
This is a great Christmas card I got from Scott, Melanie and Laurel Koenig.  They raise llamas and also play great old-time music as the Hollow Tree Croakers.  Watch for them and attend a show!
